InSpec is Micro-Vu Corporation’s metrology software for programming, running, and documenting dimensional inspections on Micro-Vu vision measurement systems. Designed for speed and ease of use, it lets quality teams build repeatable measurement routines from live video or CAD, control optics and lighting, and evaluate parts against GD&T requirements. InSpec combines automatic edge detection and autofocus with robust geometric tools to measure features in 2D and 3D, supporting both first-article and in-process inspections.
